Every time I write a to-do list, I write "make a to-do list" and then check it off

I’ve been creating to-do lists since I was in second grade. I’ve used them to manage book and art projects and school assignments and cases. But it’s been most helpful for managing symptoms of compulsion and keeping me on track with the basics during the more chaotic or depressive episodes of my life. There are probably thousands of post-its and torn notebook pages with my handwriting on it in landfills that say things like: eat something, go outside, read, try again. Highly recommend to-do lists as a good habit.

I use finch too everyday and it literally reminds me of things like "drink water" or "step outside of my house" and for someone with some sort of anxiety, Finch weirdly made me a happier person
